Photoelectric sensors
The photoelectric sensors in the G6 product family with their miniature housings will impress you across the board with both their standard mounting configuration of 1-inch spaced holes and also their functional characteristics. The variants with a stainless steel 1.4404 (316L) housing are especially resistant to chemicals and cleaning agents in washdown applications. With PinPoint LED and laser technology, metal inserts for mounting, large and bright indicator LEDs, user-friendly adjustment screws, IP67 and IP69K enclosure ratings, as well as the very latest ASIC technology from SICK, the G6 series far exceeds the current standard.
Laser distance sensors
Simple, precise, and economic solutions for measuring tasks; the OD Mini displacement measurement sensors are impressive with their compact and rugged housing, which is available in a lightweight aluminum or a rugged stainless steel. These sensors are equipped with the latest CMOS receiver technology for precise measurement, regardless of the brightness and color of the surface material. The integrated amplifier unit enables the OD Mini to work on a stand-alone basis. For complex measurement tasks up to two OD Mini Pro sensor heads can be connected to one OD Mini evaluation unit and calculate together. The OD Mini is simple to configure due to its intuitive design and display with four status LEDs. The OD Mini can also be remotely programmed via the external teaching input. The large number of available interfaces also simplifies integration into industrial networks. This ensures the highest possible reliability and precision when solving a wide range of measurement tasks.
Safety distance sensors
The WTT12-S safety sensor is well-suited for simple reliable detection of objects in mobile and stationary applications. The sensor reliable detects fall edges by means of optical time-of-flight measurement. This is how the WTT12-S allows your automated guided vehicle or service robot to travel safely. The sensor also safely detects incoming machine parts and workpieces thanks to muting. Quick parameterization and standard M12 plug connectors make the WTT12-S easy to put into operation. And thanks to its rugged housing, the sensor can be used in countless applications, even in harsh environments. This ensures efficient, safe and productive processes in intralogistics.
LiDAR sensors
The multiScan100 3D LiDAR sensor generates a large 3D point cloud in which people and objects can be detected. The point cloud makes the multiScan100 suitable for wide-area environment perception and therefore also for large machines. The sensor can be used for mobile and stationary applications and reliably detects drop-off edges and obstacles ahead. The multiScan100 can be individually configured and easily integrated into applications. High-resolution scan layers or large scanning ranges, among other things, can be selected during configuration. In addition to the device, there is a continuously growing modular software kit with apps and software add-ons. A system plug for common interfaces ensures quick and flexible sensor implementation.

Measuring wheel encoders
The MWS075 measuring wheel encoder from SICK precisely measures dynamic linear surface movements using direct contact. It is customizable and supports all available encoder interfaces and measuring wheel interfaces, thereby allowing it to be seamlessly integrated into the application environment. The intelligent design combines compactness with flexibility and measurement accuracy. A manually adjustable contact pressure ensures precise and repeatable measurements of speed and position. The rugged spring arm has a spring travel of ± 5 mm and a maximum contact pressure of 15 N. The patented spring travel limiter protects the MWS075 from overload. The measuring wheel encoder enables accurate measurement results, system longevity, and reliability in a variety of industrial sectors.
Pressure sensors
The electronic PFT-2 pressure transmitter precisely measures pressures in liquids and gases. The device is characterized by its high-quality measurement technology and is ideally suited for demanding measuring tasks in industrial applications. In addition to devices with threaded connections, there are also types with a flush-mounted diaphragm. These diverse variants cover a large range of applications, in particular the measurement of viscous or pasty media.
Flow meters

Gas Analyzers
The MCS200HW is a multi-component analyzer system for continuous monitoring of up to 10 IR measurement components in flue gases of industrial combustion plants. The MCS200HW is hot/wet extractive: All parts which touch media, from the gas sampling probe to the cell, are heated above the dew point and therefore protected from corrosion.
An integrated oxygen sensor also measures oxygen. As an option, a TOC measurement can be supplemented via an integrated GMS811 FIDORi (non-Ex variant only). Internal reference point monitoring allows for a quick check of the measured values with test gases. The web display and the task assistant integrated in the software makes operation very easy. MCS200HW Ex allows reliable emission measurement even in explosion-hazardous areas.
